About Paola Casasbuenas
Who am I?
I’m Paola Casasbuenas. The person behind Paolina Digital. I’m originally from Colombia but I live in France (Metz). I speak French, English, and Spanish.
I became a digital marketing consultant to help companies and brands communicate effectively on social and digital media.
I’ve worked with some of the world’s best media and advertising agencies (OmmicomMediaGroup and BBDO). I’ve also worked with start-ups such as Fluvip (Colombia) and Happn (France).
When I launched Paolina Digital, I remembered that I aimed to help brands and businesses ensure that their social media profiles or digital assets convert leads, are optimized, improve their brand image, and gain awareness and engagement.

My Story & Some of Me
I was born in Bogotá (the capital of Colombia) on 20 March 1987.
I love to travel. I want to see 3/4 of the world.
I am a professional journalist. I studied at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. I did a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce at the University of Barcelona. In 2021 I did a Master’s in Digital Project Creation at the University of Lorraine. Nowadays, as I like to keep learning, I just finished some studies in Growth Hacking at Metz Numeric School.
I have a dog, his name is Apolo (yeah, he does have an Instagram, you can see his fantastic life). He is my angel, as I call him. He is a Yorkie and thanks to him I became an animal lover.
I want to be able to communicate with people about the world’s realities, possibilities, and points of view. That’s why I came to France: I wanted to learn French. Oui, oui. And then I fell in love. Well, you can’t blame me: there’s cheese, there’s wine, there’s patisserie, there’s art. I love France.
I have many more things to tell, for example, that I like to write (in Spanish, my mother tongue), and that I have a garden where I grow rosemary, chives, and basil in summer. I like to read out of order (I always have more than 3 books to read simultaneously).
Otherwise, I’m curious and now I’m becoming an entrepreneur with my Paolina Digital. I want to help businesses grow when I do the same. That’s why you’re reading this.
